ADAPTING THE COURSE
The Other 3Rs was written primarily for use in UK schools, and
some of the concepts and examples used will need to be adapted for
use by teachers in other countries, cultures and religious traditions.
The authors and publishers give full permission for this customisation,
so long as the core structure is respected.
WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"It will be an invaluable aid for teachers for whom very
little good material on moral values and related issues is currently
available."
(Stuart Sexton, Director, Independent Primary and
Secondary Education Trust)
"I found The Other 3Rs a stimulating resource for introducing
and initiating discussion of moral questions. Recent high profile
news stories have emphasised even more the need for material of
this kind for religious studies, PSE, or more generally in tutor
groups."
(Brian Miller, former religious studies and economics
teacher, Bristol)
